Who processes your data for us

We use the following service providers. Each processes data only to provide its service to us, under its own terms and data protection commitments.

ProviderWhat they doData involved
CloudflareHosts the website and stores accountsAccount details, usage records
Anthropic (Claude)Assesses transcripts against the scoring rubricTranscripts and client reference notes
ElevenLabsTurns call recordings into transcriptsCall recordings

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses.

Customer personal data in calls

Call recordings and transcripts often contain personal data about your customers and staff. For that data, your organisation is the controller and we act as your processor: we handle it only to provide the assessment you request. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record calls and to submit them for quality assessment.

Our legal basis

We process account details and usage records to provide the service you signed up for (contract), and to keep the service secure and prevent misuse (legitimate interests).

Cookies

We use two essential cookies and nothing else: one keeps you signed in, and one protects the Google sign-in step from forgery. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.

Google user data

QAscore's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only your name, email address and basic profile, and use them only to sign you in.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop processing it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
